When La Sportiva meets Boa Fit System what happens is the Jackal Boa, a shoe for competitions and training on long distances. 

What are the characteristics of this new trail running shoe? Among all the things that could be described, the protective upper stands out with a precise and enveloping fit, with a structure that guarantees stability even in the most technical sections of a possible ultra-marathon. The PerformFit Wrap works with the BOA Fit System which makes the fit micro-adjustable, contributing to increased stability and reducing landing impact. The adjustability of the shoe is truly customizable, thanks to the two BOA wheels on the sides that allow you to tighten or widen the shoe according to the areas of the foot and your needs.

The sole is made up of a dual density EVA midsole, which is also found on the Jackal model, creating a balance between high cushioning and, at the same time, stability. It uses Infinitoo technology which consists of two internal cushioning polyurethane bearings, capable of limiting energy expenditure. Finally, the SpiyralFit tongue and collar in highly elastic multi-layered Ariaprene which helps protect against impacts and keeps the foot safe from the entry of debris.

Like all large companies that operate in the production of outdoor materials, La Sportiva pays attention to the materials used for its products, so we can tell you that the upper is made of mesh with recycled material. The same goes for the lining, laces and BOA Fit System components.
